Aquiares Estate - Geisha Red Honey

This Micro lot of the famous Geisha variety is growing at the very fertile volcanic soil of the Turrialba Volcano. Fully shade protected and processed as Red Honey opens up all the distinct flavours of its variety and terroir. 

We roast this coffee light for filter, to highlight all its fantastic flavours. Brewed as a filter it has a delicate elegance, with floral notes and silky texture.
