Diego Robelo creates this wonderful juicy and well balanced coffee. After picking it will be immediately processed. All floater beans are removed and no pulp detached. Followed by sun-drying for 2 days on ceramic floor and 10 days of African raised beds with a final mechanical drying in Guardiolas for one day.

We roast this coffee light to medium, optimised for espresso. Full of blackcurrant, plum and dark berries in the nose. Followed by caramel and maple syrupy aftertaste.
