La Chumeca produces coffee according to the highest quality and environmental standards. Their family owned farm is set to produce only high-end speciality coffees well known around the world.

It begins with aerobic fermentation; steeping the coffee in high temperature tanks. The coffee then goes through anaerobic fermentation and is finally dried in the sun on raised beds. Thats why this process is called 7-7-7. The cup quality of this coffee is beautifully balanced between fruity complexity and a clean texture what makes it overall very joyful to drink.
